Beknown therapy is a space for you to explore in a safe, confidential and understanding environment any struggles you may have. None of us are immune to them, mental wellness does not discriminate. No matter who you are; your gender, sexuality, relationship style, race, beliefs or neurodiversity; therapy can help during challenging periods in our lives. At BeKnown we look to provide 1 to 1 therapy, guided by CBT principles but anchored in our clients individual needs and requirements throughout their theraputic journey.

An integrative approach to therapy utilizing many modalities, anchored in professional research, to cater to your individual needs as a client.

Therapy can support you through a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, the loss of a loved one, self esteem, addiction and more.
Appointments
Appointments typically last for 50 minutes and are available Monday to Friday 8am-8pm with weekend appointments subject to availability
My Approach
Therapy is unique to each individual while being equal in measures challenging and rewarding. No two sessions are the same as we deepen the conversation on your inner world and experiences. I follow a integrative CBT approach which will help you to understand the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, body and behaviours, allowing you to understand your patterns and build better ways to cope with life's challenges. You can expect a space with no judgement where we will collaborate and work together to bring about meaningful change.
